Bring back the paper tax disc, as you can view the tax disc on your screen and can be seen, that you have a tax disc and have the tax, as people are not paying the tax, as well all the tax should go towards the up keep of the road only and not to be used with other tax.

The DVLA hasn't done enough to tell people when they need to pay. When your tax is due, you get a reminder letter, but this is not enough for thousands of people, who forget their renewal date, and can face a fine of up to £1,000.
