Closed Introduce regulations to govern static caravan ground rents to stop overcharging

The problem is that static caravan owners have very little rights and need regulations to be put in place to help protect them. A house tenant would have guidelines and a contract but static caravan owners have nothing to protect them and should have a tenancy contract for the ground they rent.

The owners who chose to make that land into plots for static caravans should have to follow similar conditions to being a landlords as effectively thats what they are becoming.
