Closed Change the law on court child access fees

Every time a parent goes against the court order, that parent has to pay £220 to go back to court. It's ridiculous the other parent going against the courts order for access should be charged this fee.

If the parent who went against a court access order was charged the fee or had to re pay the £220 to the aggrieved parent. It's totally wrong that the aggrieved parent has to keep paying this money. Maybe if the other parent had to pay it, they would not go against court order in the first place.
