Closed Implement a 12 month ban for using mobiles while driving.

Far too many people are still ignoring the fact that people are being injured and killed daily due to mobile phone distraction behind the wheel. If you get caught driving and using your phone you should face the same punishment as drink drivers and be banned from driving for 12 months.
