Closed Save the NHS by creating a new law to commit 11% of U.K. GDP on Healthcare

The NHS is in difficulties. With a growing ageing population we need a strong healthcare system. The U.K. Spends less as a proportion of GDP than many other neighbouring countries.
Let's stop political parties using the NHS as a political tool. Let's all agree to spend 11% of GDP regardless.
