Petition Stop car insurance companies increasing prices after a non-fault accident.

Currently, insurers can charge more for customers who have been involved in a non- fault accident in the past 5 years. As an 18 year old, I was involved in one and my insurance costs went up by 20% as a result. I fail to see why people who are not at fault for an accident should be punished for it.
