Closed Reduce Business rates for small businesses and Sole traders.

Small businesses are in serious threat of being destroyed through ever heightening rent, and furthermore unreasonable, crippling business rates set by the government. Rates are once again rising as of next year, despite the current economic difficulties for independent businesses.

Remember, charities that occupy commercial properties are exempt from business rates, which increases the demand from small and large businesses alike. Rates are currently destroying family/small businesses. Lets get this changed.
