Rejected petition Allow left turn on red lights using the give way highway code rule.

Many junctions across the UK get heavily congested due to drivers turning left at Red lights and causing tail backs. So why not allow a left turn at a red light using the give way priority rule. Not all junctions would benefit so specify junctions it's not allowed on.
