Closed premium bonds prizes reinstatement

labour spent millions advertising why we should buy premium bonds, notably with sir alan sugar to the fore, then promptly halved the prizes on offer once people had signed up for more bonds. i would like the prize levels reinstating to that which was advertised before being halved. this amounted practically to defrauding the public on government adverts. the before levels included two one million prizes, now there is only one.
