Closed Make PIP Questionnaires fit for purpose regarding Mental Health.

I believe that the PIP Medical Questionnaire isn't fit for purpose.
Most questions on the form are aimed at people with physical problems. There are no questions to help you explain about Mental Health & how it effects you daily, which it does.

So I am starting this petition to see if we can all come together & get the form changed to suit all medical problems like Mental Health. So we can get the right support, which we deserve...
