I have been sat in the Children's A and E at the UHW for the past two hours. There are not enough seats, children sat on the floors and mother's with babies sat on baby chairs. There are not enough doctors on and it is evident the longer waiting times are distressing the children and young people.

During my girlfriends pregnancy, she had to wait 3 days to have her waters broken as there was not enough midwives to give the necessary supervision.

There was a mis-communication with medication due to staff being so busy they missed that she had already been administered. This could have led to an overdose.

I have also just used the toilets at the UHW and attempted to wash my hands in three different cubicles. There is no soap in the dispensers and no running water in the sinks.
