The government are talking about spending 3 plus billion pounds on improving congested roads, not a bad thing. But we have a stretch of road between that the surface is diabolic it is dangerous for all road uses, it desperately needs doing before some gets killed.

Most of the section is made from concrete, when cracks, pot holes etc. Appear they are being patch with tarmac, as soon as the weather is bad these repair break down and the holes reappear.
