Closed Back date money owed by HMRC to families with disabled children

HMRC has announced that it will only pay back money owed to families with disabled children for 2016/17. This is wrong. Families living day to day with the challenges of supporting a disabled child are themselves vulnerable. HMRC must repay all DLA tax credits owed to these families without delay.
