Rejected petition Make the UK HSCT for MS and Autoimmune Diseases available via NHS to all MS

I am an MS patient and I would like to be part of the existing research program available at the Shefield hospital, however the qualification criteria is very high and difficult to be accepted.

More details

1) Sheffield HAVE to follow the strict trial criteria, otherwise it would not be a valid trial. But is it fair they are limiting themselves to partaking in a USA led trial?

2) Availability for HSCT in London, seems to be closed to Scottish people due to the devolved NHS. Is that fair?
