Closed Criminal Justice System to accept polygraph results as evidence.

For serious offences a Polygraph test should be used as evidence. For crimes such as historic child abuse where independent witnesses will not really exist. As nearly all children who are abused will by themselves. These results should be used or funding for research should be given.

We want the results to be used or funding granted to make these tests more accurate.

Some people believe that the lie detectors are 90% accurate when other believe they are around 70% accurate. http://abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=92847

When eyewitness statements are used as evidence and their accuracy can be within this %.

What we want is some form of lie detector to be used in the near future as evidence.
