Petition Remove the Amber signal on traffic lights changing from Red to Green

Its fairly simple:
The amber light does not need to be used when going from Red to Green.

If its not used it could save Government (tax payers) money as every traffic light in the UK will not use as much electricity.
This will also mean that the Amber light (still used when going from Green to Red) will last longer.
