Rejected petition Average speed check cameras along the A141 and A142 in the fens

The A141 and A142 roads are notorious for accidents where people are going way to fast for the road. Trying to over take and traffic jump one car or multiple cars and lorrys at once. Resulting in minor accidents or like yesterday 20/12/2016 a 5 vehicle accident resulting in a loss of life.
