Closed Keep off road motorsports vehicles exempt from compulsory insurance rules

The "Vnuk" ruling made by the European Court of Justice said that compulsory motor insurance should apply to any vehicle being used anywhere, for any purpose for which it was intended.

The EU are looking at changing the current rules at the moment as a result of this judgement. The UK Government must do all it can to prevent off road motorsports from being affected.
