I think it should be made compulsory to stop people going in public places, ie woods and shooting anything that moves.
I have been out with my dog and experienced a youth pointing a gun at my dog. As a license holder myself i believe that any gun, ie air pistol or air rifle you should have to hold a license for as you do with any other gun to stop these type of guns falling into the wrong hands.
