Petition To invest money in local government so they can support homeless shelters.

We are a group of Year 10 students from Greenwood Academy in Birmingham studying GCSE Citizenship. For a campaign we feel in our local area that there is not enough support given to aid local government in building more homeless shelters and provide assistance to those who need it.
