The current assessment trivialises common issues like depression and anxiety and does not take these into consideration when deciding these claims. The form and the assessor only consider physical ailments and not how mental ability often prevent physical ability and is tantamount to discrimination.

ATOS Healthcare also often misrepresent an individuals needs and conversations they have had during PIP assessments and this has been well documented in the press and many websites previously.
