Closed Put a cap on homework for under 17's

The amount of homework is decided by the education minister, who signs acts that will never directly effect him. It has been shown by several studies that excessive amounts of homework can lead to depression, anxiety and even lower grades. I think there should be a cap on homework to prevent this.
