Petition Stop funding Free Childcare for parents who do not work

The Government currently fund free childcare places for children over 2 years old, if the parents fall within a set 'eligibility criteria'. This includes Job Seekers Allowance. Surely parents who are unemployed can look after their own children. Maybe Job Centre can issue vouchers for interviews etc
