Closed Make it illegal for event tickets to be sold at more than Face Value.

Over the past 15 - 20 years it has become almost impossible to buy an event ticket for Face Value, companies like Ticketmaster etc are ticket touts of the worse kind. Not only do they increase the cost of the ticket they also add extra's e.g. handling fee, transaction costs, delivery.

Recent example: GetMeIn a Ticketmaster company: 2 x £55 Robbie Williams Tickets. £97.90 each, plus £35.88 transaction fee. Total for two tickets £231.68
THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY & SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
Surely the venue has agreed on the original ticket price and this price has been set to cover all costs and overheads, therefore who, in this particular case benefits from the extra £121.68
Sporting Events: VIVAGO ar offering Six Nations Tickets for Wales v England £75 tickets for £190 each
