Rejected petition Establish an English Parliament / Assembly to decide matters that only affect England

I would like the government to establish an assembly or parliament which deals with England specific issues.

Reasons:
- Why, in a democracy, should Scottish, Welsh and Northern Ireland have their own assemblies to manage country specific issues and England not?
- Why should Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland be allowed to participate in England specific debates?

I am not an advocate of breaking up the UK but we need consistency, currently the English are discriminated against in this "marriage" - when will the playing field be levelled and English people allowed to vote exclusively on England only matters?
