Petition To resolve the NHS financial crisis divert foreign aid payments into the NHS

Our whole NHS system is at breaking point and needs more investment. The money has to come from somewhere so rather than give foreign aid money to developed countries who are not suffering a humanitarian crisis give the money to the NHS.
