Petition Allow those 18+ with ID to buy alcohol with someone under 18 present.

I went shopping for Christmas with a friend, wanted to buy a bottle of Baileys for the father in law, I'm 18 and my friend is 17, they would not let me have it because she did not have ID. If you're 18 you should get served. Under 18s will find a way to get alcohol no matter what anyway.

Also, many mothers have been declined to buy alcohol for themselves because they're with their children who are not 18. Are mothers expected to abandon their children now so they can buy a bottle of wine? No.
