Rejected petition All babies born before birth should be allowed a birth certificate

Law in the uk states no birth certificate cannot be given if the child is born dead before 24 weeks
Even though the mother has given birth
Which means when the parents have passed away the child will not be known on the family tree this is very sad and doesn't help with the grieving.
