Rejected petition Make it illegal to re-sell concert ticket

Live Nation and Ticketmaster have monopoly on concert ticket sales so when they go on sale all tickets are sold out. They're sold out because these company's buy them and put them on their partner sites at 3 or 4 times the face value which is pricing real fans out of the market. This has to stop.
