Petition Ban all landlords from stopping tenants having pets.

Currently in the uk millions of people are either private or housing association tenants, that rises each year. At present a landlord can tell a tenant if they can or can't have a pet. Approximately 7 million+ animals enter shelters each year. No landlord should have the right to disallow pets.
