Closed petition Car tax exemption for cars over 30 years old

Classic cars between 30 and 40 years old have to be Taxed. There needs to be more of an incentive for owners to keep these cars going. Many cars of this age are in need of restoration, they are likely uneconomical to repair. This is the way forward to encourage the protection of classic cars
