National Insurance is a tax and is applied to those earning above the upper earnings limit at a lower rate to those below the upper earnings

This petition is about tax fairness nothing else.
If the current standard/base rate was applied to all employee's the extra funds collected could be used to ease NHS funding or as Government see fit .
