Closed Force Councils to fix the roads throughout England

Within the Northwest alone roads are dangerous cars are avoiding pot holes which in turn could result in a possibly fatal accident. Not only only is this unsafe the overall cost could potentially be higher than if the councils hired someone to fix the roads.

Manchester roads have deep visible cracks which could result in a sink hole, Rochdale roads have potholes inches deep, something needs to be done before an accident occurs.
