People are being deceived into thinking they're calling a local tradesperson because they call a local number in their local paper, when in reality they are being diverted elsewhere without knowing it.

Recently an 82 year old woman called what she thought was a friendly neighbourhood business and ended up getting ripped off to the tune of £138 and the company which was over 200 miles away refused to put it right, this is one of many examples of this.
