Rejected petition Make rubbish collectors take loose extra bags of rubbish if bins are full

Rubbish collectors or bin men refuse to take extra bags of rubbish they just take the bins. And since they now only collect waste bins fortnightly it can be a nuisance. Extra bags can attract rats and be a health hazard
