A student from one of the world's top universities (the University of Cambridge) has been caught on camera setting fire to a £20 note in front of a freezing homeless person. This sort of behavoiur is unacceptable in a civilized society and should be dealt with swiftly by the police.

It has been rumoured that burning a £50 note in front of a homeless person is one of the initiation ceremonies of Oxford's notorious Bullingdon club.
