Closed Stop sending foreign aid to countries that have space programmes

UK currently sends 0.7% of GPA as foreign aid to some countries which have space programmes such as India and China when our own public services are at breaking point. This should be reduced and the savings put into our own NHS and other public services. Countries receiving should be developing ones

British ambassador in China is currently inviting the elderly in China to apply for a grant from the foreign aid fund of 1.3 billion, a country that spends billions on aspace programme and has one of the largest acconamy in the world.
UK sends millions to India and Pakistan every year in foreign aid when they also have space programmes.
At a time of austerity this money should be spent on public services here in the UK
