Rejected petition Enquiry into the Belfast City Council and its staff

I am requesting an enquiry into the Belfast City Council, by considering its actions before and during a trial, brought against the dog call "Lennox".
I extend this enquiry to one Alexandra Lightfoot employee of the aformentioned Council. To whom it is alledged committed "Perjury" whilst on oath at said trial, by making erronious statements, about the Dog.called "Lennox"
These allegations have been well documented in the UK and Worldwide media, and no retraction has been requested
I also ask that the testimony of Peter Tallock, said "Expert Witness", that he failed to follow his own wrtten guideline, that he had submitted to yourselves on the DDA, and so be made inadmissable.
The Judge knowining of Miss Lightfoot erronious testimony failed to follow Criminal/Civil Court Proceedure by ended the trial.
Finally the discrepancy in the Warrent needs due consideration.
