Petition Fathers to receive the same full paternity pay just the same as mothers.

Currently the government say fathers should only be entitled to 2 weeks paternity leave and £139.58 per week or 90% of weekly average earnings. Whichever is LOWER! Why can't fathers have the same rights to receive full pay like mothers!
