NHS Harrow has decided to close Alexandra Avenue Health and Social Care walk-in centre except at wekends and bank holidays. Instead patients will have to go to the crowded and cramped Nortwhick Park Hospital, an expensive journey. This is directly against the Government's policy of providing care locally, and is against the wishes of the local community.
