Closed Withholding food from vulnerable children and adults in care settings.

Bring a change in the law which would make it a criminal offence for staff working with vulnerable children and adults to withhold or threaten to withhold food or break time snacks.

This law would apply to settings such as special schools, respite centers, residential homes and day centers where the withholding or threats of withholding food could be used as a punishment or behavioral management technique.
