Closed Make Bullying in the workplace a criminal offence.

Bullying is wrong. Bullying goes on in the workplace. It can be being left out , whatever it may be. It can be being ignored. It can be not getting that promotion. Social media passive aggressive post. Commenting on work performance negatively, and talking in derogatory terms.

Workplace Bullying is rife. A real problem, that can have severe consequences to a person being bullied. Just because a manager may smile at you, does not mean that they aren't bullying someone else.
