Closed Allow The Speaker of The House to silence MP's who attempt to 'talk out' a bill

It is a disgrace that members waste time during a debate in order to stall a vote. This process is anti-democratic and stops important bills - such as a recent bill on domestic abuse - from passing. The speaker should be allowed to stop anyone attempting to filibuster.
