Closed Protect Freeholders from fraud by estate management companies.

Freeholders currently don't enjoy the same protection as leaseholders from unjustified estate charges. They are currently open to widespread and systematic fraud and some so called “estate management companies” are taking full advantage of this.

In all cases, regardless of whether it is freeholders or leaseholders who are being charged these fees…

It must be made a requirement that all fees pass the test of “reasonableness” and are backed by proper documentation.

Arbitrary unspecified “management fees” should be banned as I believe they already are in Scotland.
