Rejected petition Cap the amount landlords are able to charge students in shared accomodation

Some landlords in some area's are charging up to £800 per room in shared accommodation in houses which are 6 or 7 rooms. This is taking advantage of students that go to the universities in the surrounding area. They should cap this as it may encourage more people to go to university away from home.
