Petition Full time students should be included in the 30hrs free childcare for 3-4yr olds

Currently parents working full time are entitled to 30hours free childcare for 3-4yr olds,whilst students are entitled to only 15hrs.The cost of childcare has to be funded by grants and loans,there isn't enough money to cover basic living and childcare.Childcare should not be a barrier to learning.
