Petition Allow unmarried bereaved spouses to be on their child's birth certificate

A woman took her daughter to be registered today! However after an unexpected death of the dad he never knew of her existence and will never meet her and as unmarried bereaved spouses her daughter is not allowed to have her biological father on her birth certificate.

This has always been the case of unmarried bereaved spouses but should this child suffer anymore than she has too?
