Closed Wales is part of the UK so the Welsh flag should be included on the Union Flag.

I am often asked by pupils where I work why the national flag of Wales is not included on the Union Flag. Wales is a member of the UK and should be represented on it's flag. This could easily be done by adding the Welsh flag in a corner of the Union Flag. Wales deserves to be represented.
