Many diabetics are being refused the PIP because they no longer reach the criteria the government have set. Yet they were awarded the Disbility Living Allwance. My son is diabetic, and recently was refused dispite going to tribunal and being on the autistic spectrum.

There is a new blood testing system for diabetics. It is a system that is pain free. A patch is applied to the body and a small scanner is used to record mp the blood sugars. It costs just under £60 for one patch that lasts for two weeks. It is not free in the NHS
