Petition Allow any region of Scotland voting against independence to remain in UK

Nicola Sturgeon has confirmed she will ask permission for another Scottish independence referendum. This petition is to ensure any region voting against independence (e.g. Shetland, Highlands, Grampian) will remain a part of the UK if an independence vote would drag them out against their will.
